Where do I get product images, specification sheets and testing data?
If you go to the respected product page on Defendersafety.com, towards the middle of the page there will be a downloadable documents section with all relevant testing, specification sheets or any other literature used for the product.
How do I purchase products Tax Exempt?
Please email us at sales@defendersafety.com with your legal tax-exempt certificate (state regulated) and we will review and approved within 48 hours, then we will send you a link to purchase with desired products.
How do I get information on sales, promotions and latest news?
Please subscribe to our newsletter where we email the latest coupon codes, sales, promotion, new product and more that can be relevant help you and your team! Everyone loves to save some money!
How quickly are online orders shipped?
Most orders will be processed within 24 hours on business days, excluded holidays. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 business hours, please confirm the email you used for your order first, if there is still no confirmation please contact us immediately.
Can I customize a product with my company logo?
Yes, we offer pad printing on our safety helmets! Please contact us at sales@defendersafety.com to start the process or use the link here. We offer pad printing and die-cut stickers. Minimum quantity is 12 pieces, there is a plate charge per color for pad printing.
Does Defender Safety accept returns?

How can I track my online order?
You should receive an automated email with tracking information within 24 business hours, if you do not please do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I become a distributor of Defender Safety products?

How do I cancel an order?
Please email us right away if you would like to cancel an order, most orders are processed within 24 business hours of a purchase. If it has already been shipped, you must wait for the product to arrive and then follow our return policy. Return policy available here.

Defender Safety utilized multiple vetted high quality manufacturers across the globe including in the USA, China, Vietnam, India and Taiwan.
The item I want is out of stock, What do I do?
Most products have extensions added to their expiration date, please email medical@defendersafety.com with your product’s lot number to have a team member give you the latest update on the respected product.
Are there discounts on volume orders?
