- Defendersafety.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless communicated that there is an issue with the item, a Defender team member will be in contact with you if there is an issue.
- Orders are not shipped out on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. A Defeneder team member will be in contact with you if this is the case.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

- Defender Safety will not be liable for any errors due to caries or customer mishaps such as input address errors.
- Please take into account weekends and holidays when requesting rush deliveries
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may delay shipment
Shipping Map
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Log in to your account to view order status. If you need additional support, contact us.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Defendersafety.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. on the website directly. Please contact us sales@defendersafety.com to inquiry for international orders.

Damages
Defendersafety.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
- All products shall be deemed accepted by the purchaser at the time of delivery
- Purchaser has 14 days after delivery to request an exchange or refund
- Proof of purchase is required in all cases.
- Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, unexpired, and in saleable condition.
- Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by Defender Safety
- Returns over $999.99 will be charged a 15% restocking fee
- Buyer must pay return shipping unless fault admitted by Defender Safety.
- Defender Safety will not accept a return of any products without authorization
- All returns must have an Returns Goods Authorization (RGA)
- If the order was incorrectly picked or damaged and the fault of Defender Safety a prepaid return label will be issued to the email the order was placed with
- Special, non-standard, and made-to-order products (either published or unpublished) are non-cancelable/non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (below and not limited to):
- Procedural Masks
- Examination Mask
- Ear Loop Masks
- N95 Respirators
- Test Kits
- Items With an Expiration Date Less Than 10 Months Shelf Life
- Special, Non-Standard, Logo, and Made-To-Order Products
- Closeout or Liquidated Products
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed from the same form of payment used to purchase the product(s).
- In order to request a refund the product must be unused in the original packaging that it came in. If it’s disposable, the product may not be returned.
- Defender Safety does not take title to returned products until the item is received by Defender Safety at the applicable return location
- All returns are subject to inspection and Defender Safety can deny any return due to damage or misuse from the user
- Customer will be refunded (less any applicable fees) within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting product.
