Anthony Testa was hired as the Vice President of Business and Product Development. He brings more than 22 years of industrial safety experience to Defender Safety starting in product management and the past 12 years in senior leadership roles. He has far-reaching experience in the safety industry, as evidenced by his engagement within manufacturing, logistics, customer & supplier relationships and his development of exceptional high performing teams.
In his role with Defender Safety, he is responsible for creating the company’s roadmap for sales and marketing which includes defining sales channels, customers, manufacturer sales representatives, pricing, defining brand standards and supporting the product development team. He has mapped a path to stability and hyper-growth with a focus on operational and customer excellence.
Prior to joining Defender Safety in 2022 Anthony was the Category Leader for a multibillion-dollar industrial distribution company. He also worked for a fortune 100 technology company that delivers industry-specific solutions to the market. Testa has a master’s degree from Dowling College and is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.
