Product Description
Palmer Safety’s hook carabiner features a yellow chromate finish, a forged steel twist lock gate and an impressive 2 ½” gate opening. Its strength is rated at 3600 lbs., with a minimum breaking strength of 5000 lbs., easily meeting or exceeding ANSI Z359.12-2009 standards. The hook itself is made of 0.55” diameter round bar, and has the unique feature of self-closure and automatic locking via a simple quarter turn nut.
